健康の定義
 健康の定義とは、1948年に世界保健機関（WHO)が健康について定義したもので、（健康とは、完全な肉体的、精神的及び社会的福祉の状態であり、単に疾病又は病弱の存在しないことではない。）と定義しました。この定義を日本政府の健康政策の基本としました。
