 インターネット依存症とは、ゲームやチャットに依存してしまい、仕事や学校などに支障を来すことです。家庭での生活態度が変化するので家族が気付く場合があります。症状は口数が減る。無断欠席するようになった。顔色が悪い。睡眠不足。イライラしている。部屋にこもるなど。異常に長い時間費やさないと満足できなくなったらインターネット依存症になっているかもしれません。
