脳死臓器移植
 脳死臓器移植とは、脳死した人の臓器を臓器が必要な患者に移植することです。また、臓器の移植に関する法律があり（臓器移植法）が1997年に成立されて、その年の10月１６日に施行されました。この法律により、脳死者の肝臓、心臓、肺、腎臓、小腸、胱臓移植が可能になりました。しかし、脳死を一律に死亡とするのはどうなのか？という声もあります。
