ニーズとシーズ
 ニーズとシーズとは、ニーズとは顧客の求めるもののことで、シーズとはメーカーなどが必要に応じて提供する材料や技術のことです。新製品を開発するにあたり、シーズとニーズが必要不可欠な条件となります。また、市場が成熟してしまって顧客が求めているものがわからない状態のことを知覚されないニーズといいます。顧客の欲求を絶えず捜索して、それにあった製品を作る時にはニーズに重点を置きます。新素材や新しい技術を活かして商品を開発する場合はシーズに重点が置かれます。
