容器包装リサイクル法
 容器包装リサイクル法とは容器包装に関する分別収集及び再商品化の促進に関する法律のことです。１９９５年の６月に成立して、１９９７年の４月に一部だけ施行、２０００年の４月には完全施行されるようになりました。ガラスやペットボトル、プラスチック製の容器包装は再商品化を事業者に義務付けられるようになりました。

Container packing Law for the Promotion of Utilization of Recycled Resources is separated collection about container packing and a law about promotion of re-commodification. It was formed in June, 1995 and took effect partly in April, 1997, and it came to be completely taken effect in April, 2000. As for the container packing made by glass and PET bottle, plastic, it came to be obliged an enterprise to re-commodification.
