特定農業法人
 特定農業法人とは、農業経営基盤強化促進法の中にある、農業生産法人の一つのことで、地域内の農地の相当部分（ただし地権者の合意が必要です。）を利用集積する農業経営体のことです。２０００年の時点では全国に６７法人設立されています。条文を見てみると、農用地利用改善団体（地権者、地主団体）の「構成員からその所有する農用地についての利用権の設定等または農作業の受託をうけて農用地の集積を行なう」法人と明記されています。
