 アジェンダ２０００｜ＥＵ（欧州連合）の政策方針を示した政策提案書で、サンテール パッケージのことです。またＣＡＰ（Common Agricultural Policy)で共通農業政策が示されて、４っつの提案が発表されました。１．穀物、牛肉、酪農の各部分の支持価格を引き下げる。２．引き下げにともなう所得補償は制御し、需給の上限を設定。３．一定の制限、規則の範囲以内で牛肉、酪農部門の直接支払い金の支払い権限を加盟国に付与。４．共通地域政策の効率化、簡素化を図り、環境保護に寄与する農業への直接所得補償制度を強化。
