食料安全保障
 食料安全保障とは、食料の安定供給のことです。しかし地球環境の問題による生産制約や農地拡大が難しくなったことで生産の増加はまずないと予測されています。また、急激に人口が増加することが予想されていること、インドや中国など、人口超大国に対し食料需給が不安定と予想されるため、食料安全保障は極めて難しい状況にあります。人々すべてが常時必要とする基本的食料に物理的経済的に確実にアクセスできること、これが食料安全保障の定義です。
