酸性雨
 酸性雨とは、硫黄酸化物や窒素化合物が大気中で化学反応を起こし硫酸になります。それが雨になったものが酸性雨です。化石燃料などが燃焼することによって硫黄酸化物や窒素化合物ができます。pHが５.６以下のものが酸性雨です。酸性雨によって引き起こされる環境破壊の例として、植物、木々がかれたり、橋などの鉄骨が溶けてもろくなったり、銅像が溶けてしまったり、湖に酸性雨が降るとその湖に住んでいる魚が死んでしまいます。なんとしてでも防止しなければいけない問題です。
