被害想定
 被害想定とは、災害などによって引き起こされる被害の程度を予想して、防災対策をしようとすることです。被害想定は地域防災計画に実施されるのが普通ですが、事後に発生した災害を予測するリアルタイムシミュレーションというものがあります。起こると予想される被害の状況を連想し、イメージするシナリオ型想定や災害に対しての脆弱性など、危険性をランク付けする方法もあります。また、災害の発生場所などの規模を特定して統計的な手法を使って量的被害想定もあります。
