 プロジェクトファイナンス（Project Finance)とは、銀行からの借り入れ（間接金融）や資本市場での株券の発行（直接金融）と同様に仕組み金融と呼ばれるストラクチャードファイナンスの一種のことです。大型プラトン建設や資源開発、大規模土木事業などの壮大なプロジェクトで使われていて事業自体を担保にする手法で資金調達をします。施設が完成した後に稼動による利益を利用し借り入れの原理を返済する事業融資式です。高度な金融技術によって返済能力や利益性などを評価したり分析したりします。
