古代米
 古代米とは、古代から栽培されていた、ヘルシー尚且つ栄養が豊富なお米のことです。古代米の種類は、玄米の表面に黒や赤の色素を有している色素米、独自のにおいを有する香り米、黒紫色の色素の含むお米は黒米、赤米は赤褐色の色をしていて現代でいう赤飯のルーツだといわれています。
