デマウイルス
 デマウイルスとは、実際には存在しないウイルス情報をデマウイルスといいます。悪意をもった者がデマウイルス情報を流し本当は消してはいけないファイルを削除させて、ＯＳを破壊させようとする行為です。具体的な例は、２００１年の５月にSulfnbk.exeというファイルは６月１日にウイルスを起動させるexeだと思い込ませてSulfnbk.exeを消させようとしました。Sulfnbk.exeはＯＳの一部なので消してしまうとＯＳWindowsが正常に機能しなくなってしまいます。こういったどこから来たか分からないようなメールや情報は、あわてずに信頼のできるセキュリティー情報のサイトを見たり、サポートセンターに問い合わせてみましょう。
