不正アクセス禁止法
 不正アクセス禁止法とは、正式な名称は、「不正アクセス行為の禁止等に関する法律」この法律ができるまでは、他人のコンピューターに不正アクセスして、のぞき見るだけでは罪にはなりませんでした。しかし、他人のコンピューターのデーターを消去したり、書き換えたりした場合には、電子計算機損破等業務妨害の罪で罰せられました。一方、不正アクセス禁止法は他人のコンピューターに不正侵入した時点で罰せられる法律です。不正アクセス禁止法の罪は一年以下の懲役、または50万円以下の罰金となります。
